The Overland Society is a service organization. We focus on giving back rather than getting.

Member

  • Open to anyone interested in supporting our mission.
  • Your funds go toward operating costs for supported projects (fuel, food, tires, tools, motion-sensor wildlife cameras, vehicles, building construction, medical aid, habitat purchases and more).
  • You are also encouraged to volunteer your skills for conservation and humanitarian aid efforts, which you can organize on your own, or join through our email bulletins and website.*

Fellow

  • Open to Members via application or invitation.
  • Fellows demonstrate a significant contribution to an effort that embodies the spirit of the Overland Society.
  • The board votes in new Fellows four times per year.
  • Fellows receive a special decal, and may apply for project support.

* Please note that while important, activities such as trail cleanups & OHV damage mitigation do not qualify as Overland Society assistance projects.
